    About Kat Boley

    Online personal trainer

    I grew up in sports and fitness. I did competitive rhythmic gymnastics ever since I was a baby (my mom was a coach) up until high school. I did water polo and swim in high school and then moved on to gym workouts until I had my first child. I was at home so much with my first baby, I was forced to workout at home. I decided to start posting my workouts to Instagram to try and help people in the same situation as me. I stayed consistent and my page grew exponentially to 1.5 million followers to present day. I focus on quick and effective workouts, 20-30 min per day. I do a lot of full body workouts because for those that can workout 2-4 days per week, they can target all muscle groups by doing full body workouts. I also love sharing health and fitness tips on my stories. I am a registered nurse and I’m currently working on my CPT certification.

    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    All you need for this challenge is some dumbbells and bands. It's best to have a variety of dumbbells of different weights. For example: Light (2-8lbs) Medium (8-20 lbs) Heavy (20-40 lbs) depending on your strength level. You can always message me for specific advice.
