What are the goals of the program? The goal of the program is to help you get back on a great workout routine, to stay consistent and to feel amazing at the end!
What equipment do I need? A yoga mat, dumbbells (for upper body workouts, I suggest light to medium weights 5-15lbs, for lower body days, I suggest medium to heavy dumbbells 12-30 lbs)
A booty band and optional (ankle weights)
What should I eat during the challenge? Try your best to eat as healthy as possible to get results! Meal prep your meals, limit take out, eating out, junk food and alcohol (as much as you can)
