Love this one! Did a 30 min interval run on my treadmill and wanted weights so went for this 16 min lower leg burner and it definitely finished off my legs for the day! WOWZA!!!

Well this was interesting… I was at a gym and love workouts like this to keep me accountable so I went heavy took me 22 mins Bc I had to pause but didn’t go under 30lbs!
