Get started today!

Tabata is a high interval training method where the work time is 20 seconds and the rest time is 10 seconds. Each exercise lasts for four minutes before moving the the next movement. Do not go out of the gate too hot! Try to stay consistent with your reps and form! Program should be done for at least 6-8 weeks! Consistency is key! Consult your physician if necessary.

About Justen Mills

Personal trainer

My name is Justen Mills, New York native currently living in Pennsylvania. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Being a little overweight as a kid did was not the best feeling but knowing where you were helps with where you are going. I am a certified personal trainer, CrossFit coach, movement specialists and physical education teacher. Over the shut down I decided to make a shift to help people online as much as in person. I give workouts that range from strength and conditioning, HIIT, mobility sessions, EMOMs, TABATAs you name it I have done it. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
