4 Week Burn and Tone

It's time for our summer send off and say hello to Fall! This is a strength and conditioning program that will help tighten up those areas we let get carried away in the summer and melt away some areas we did not think we could! Each workout will have a specific focus for example: Monday Legs and Shoulders, Full body Friday. Each week we want to try to add extra reps or weight to what we are doing to progressively overload our workouts. We will also be adding a mobility day to work on mindfulness and loosen up those tight muscles! This program is designed so that you can continue after 4 weeks and turn into 6-8! Nutrition details* With this program it is recommended that you consumed close to your desired body weight in grams of protein. For example if you want to weight 130lbs you should aim at eating that amount in grams of protein if you would like to lose weight. If you want to gain weight, send me a message and I will take care of the macros for you! If you ever have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out and ask!
