Are there any rest days on this split?
When it was originally posted, no! I structure the workouts so that I'm getting adequate rest/recovery before hitting a muscle group again. BUT -- you can absolutely add in rest days as needed 👊 This program lives on the app permanently so you can complete it on your own time.
Do I need a gym or can I do this at home?
Ideally you'll want access to a full gym with machines, dumbbells, barbells, etc. but it fully depends on how comfortable you are modifying exercises! Most machines can be substituted with either body weight or dumbbell/barbell movements. If you don't have a machine or equipment posted in the workout, you can sub for something similar and just keep the reps/sets/tempo the same!
How is this different than The Daily Pump?
The Daily Pump is my exact training, posted 24 hours after I complete the workout (between 10-11am pacific every day). I follow a split that lasts between 8-10 weeks before I change things up! Once a split is complete, the previous one is posted to the app as a program -- so you can choose to follow my training in real time (The Daily Pump workout feed) Or... you can follow one of these older splits and complete them on your own time! 👊
