It’s time to THRIVE! Unlike my other programs, this one isn’t physique goal driven, its health, quality of life & longevity driven; but you may end up with an improved physique too! These workouts will help you become the well-rounded kind of “fit” that prepares you for all that life & aging throws your way! You can come back to it year after year to see how your fitness progress as you age! 🫁💪🏽🫀We’re going to train our strength, stability, cardiovascular fitness & more! This program consists of 6 workouts per week & 1 full rest day. Day 1: Lower Body Lift Day 2: Zone 2 Cardio Day 3: Upper Body Lift Day 4: VO2 Max Training Day 5: Full Body Athletic Lift Day 6: Zone 2 Cardio Day 7: REST Strength training as you age can help maintain muscle mass & bone density, improve mobility & reduces the risk of chronic diseases! Zone 2 cardio aids in fat burning & active recovery, improves cardiovascular health, increases aerobic capacity & more! Often as we age we neglect training things like stability & power yet these skills help us reduce the risk of injury & move more efficiently! VO2 max is the measurement of the maximum oxygen delivery & utilization for cardiovascular exercises; luckily it’s trainable!

    My name is Julia! I am a former Division 1 collegiate gymnast (West Virginia University) and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2019! College athletics is actually where my love for fitness started and the reason I became a personal trainer. We had team strength and conditioning workouts each day and I absolutely LOVED them…no matter how brutal they were in the moment, I was obsessed. It was so fascinating seeing how what we did in the weight room impacted our performance at practice. Along with being a student athlete I studied sport & exercise psychology as well as nutrition & food studies! Mind, body, and fuel are my specialties! I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and there’s nothing I love more than helping others feel like their best, most confident selves! To me, that’s something money can’t buy and nothing compares to that feeling once you achieve it! I’m all about living an active, healthy, balanced lifestyle that’s both enjoyable and sustainable!! My workouts and programs have helped hundreds of men and women get in the best shape of their lives because they’re efficient, effective and fun!! Plus, when you start seeing results, you don’t want to stop!!!
