First gym workout in years! I stopped crossfit in 2018, and switched to yoga until recently. Had a baby a year ago and decided to go back to the gym. Great first workout back!

Great booty pump! But how the heck do you do you barbell hip thrusts without killing your hips/pelvic bone??? Use a cushion or something?
