The Summer Ready 2024 program is a 4 week program designed to help you maintain strength and lose body fat. This program is aimed to be motivating, fun and customizable for people of all fitness levels. 

If you love our YouTube workouts and need a simple training program to follow, we have you covered with this follow along option. We are introducing 4 new follow along workouts that are structured into a 4 week program. All you have to do is show up to your workout every day and we'll take care of the rest. This is an effective option for beginners, or if you're someone who needs to stay accountable to be consistent.
