About the program

This program includes 4 training days per week with a goal of building strength and conditioning. There will be 2 days of strength, 1 day of bodyweight cardio, and 1 day of high intensity dumbbell work. This format has been effective and flexible enough to help people see and feel drastic results. You will still have the ability to add cardio, strength, and active rest days to customize this program to YOUR body. A training guide will be included to give you guidance on how to incorporate optional days of movement. It doesn't matter if you want to build strength, endurance, or lose body fat, this program will provide you the tools to fine-tune your results. All you have to do is commit to the program, show up each day and the results will do the talking. It's time to RUN IT BACK!

We are Juice and Toya- personal trainers in Los Angeles, CA, and together we own a personal training company; One Body LA. We began our personal training careers in 2015, after completing our bachelors degrees in Nutritional Science and Sports Medicine.
