What are the goals of this program? * Increase overall lean muscle mass
* Get lean and burn fat
* Build core strength
* Improve posture
* Improve mental clarity and focus
What do I need to participate? * You will need dumbbells to complete this program. There is an included modification guide if your dumbbells are too heavy/too light
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? * The workouts are designed for all levels
* Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
* Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
* Utilize the included Modification Guide Video
* 2 Strength Training Days
* 1 Bodyweight Conditioning
* 1 Dumbbell Strength and Conditioning
*Optional 5th "challenge" day
* remaining 2-3 days for recovery/active rest
How will I get the best results? * Dedicated nutrition regimen (utilize the nutrition guide in the EXTRAS tab, or included within the program
* Focus On Recovery- including rest, mobility/stretching, nutrition, hydration
* Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
