The Busy Body program is based on 3 days a week, and we designed this program with a busy schedule in mind. This program is structured on a base of 3 full body strength days a week. Although this program is only 3 days a week- we encourage you to tailor it to meet your needs and goals. If you are someone who is looking to build strength, we'd recommend focusing on increasing in weight through out the 4 weeks, and adding in mobility and recovery, as well as some accessory work. If you are looking to lose body fat, we'd recommend adding in a day or two of HIIT or cardio. If you are looking to maintain, we'd recommend focusing on some type of movement each day (a walk, hike, bike, stretching, etc). We understand that we all have periods of time where our schedules may make it hard to be consistent in a program, and this is where the Busy Body program comes in; having 3 full body strength days to focus on each week, and fitting in other days of movement as our schedule allows.
