So glad I found Juice & Toya in the summer of 2021 and consistently started working out with them as of October 2021 for my first ever 6 week body transformation challenge. What are the goals of this program?

Do I need any equipment?
* You will need dumbbells to properly complete this program. There is an included modification guide if your dumbbells are too heavy/too light. We highly recommend investing in multiple pairs of dumbbells to help you fine tune your progression with each workout.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress * Utilize the included Modification Guide Video
What's the training schedule?
* 2 Strength Training Days * 1 Bodyweight Conditioning * 1 Dumbbell Strength and Conditioning [HIIT] * 1 Optional 5th "challenge" day * Remaining 2-3 days for recovery and add-on workouts
