So glad I found Juice & Toya in the summer of 2021 and consistently started working out with them as of October 2021 for my first ever 6 week body transformation challenge. I fell in love with their Kettlebell workouts and still do them every MWF after the stairmaster, on other days I use their app to switch up my routine since the app is filled with a variety of workouts from HIIT, upper body, lower body, stretches and abs. I love the app with the variety of workouts, food ideas, and motivational chats. Juice & Toya's workouts are beginner friendly and challenges you if you're ready to move up to the next level. Will I need equipment?
Yes- you will need a pair of dumbbells for this program.
