So glad I found Juice & Toya in the summer of 2021 and consistently started working out with them as of October 2021 for my first ever 6 week body transformation challenge. I fell in love with their Kettlebell workouts and still do them every MWF after the stairmaster, on other days I use their app to switch up my routine since the app is filled with a variety of workouts from HIIT, upper body, lower body, stretches and abs. I love the app with the variety of workouts, food ideas, and motivational chats. Juice & Toya's workouts are beginner friendly and challenges you if you're ready to move up to the next level. The first challenge I lost 8lbs in 6 weeks. the second challenge I lost weight and started to see more muscle definition and shape. Will I need equipment?
Yes- you will need a pair of dumbbells for this program.
Can I do these workouts at home?
Yes- you can do these workouts any where you have access to dumbbells and a space to move your body.
Will this program contain all follow along workouts?
This program is designed to help you level up to circuit style training, which will give you much more direction and help you reach your goals faster. Each week is made up of 3 circuit style strength training days, and 2 follow along days that are high intensity.
What are the goals of this program?
Increase overall lean muscle mass Get lean and burn fat Build core strength Improve movement patterns and posture Improve mental clarity and Motivation Build structure and a consistent routine Become more knowledgeable about the benefits of following training programs
What’s the schedule?
This program is based on 5 days of training: 3 Strength training Days 1 Strength/HIIT Day 1 Cardio Day/Recovery 2 Full rest days/focus on recovery
How will I get the best results?
Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover Most importantly, hard work and consistency will give you the best chance at seeing and feeling great results.
Will this program contain a meal plan?
The program does contain a nutrition guide which will teach you how to tailor your food to your training routine and goals. The guide also contains an example meal plan and we've included a few of our favorite recipes for inspiration.
