We should test ourselves daily.
This challenge takes that statement literally. For 8 weeks you will be given the opportunity to perform a simple physically test that takes three minutes or less; designed to test a physical ability.
Over the course of 8 weeks you will perform 10 different tests four times each in order to get undeniable proof of your progress.
This challenge offers far more than that however. Each week features 5 workout days. There is a push day, a pull day, a leg day, a mobility/recovery day, and a total body day.
Each day also features an athletic portion that you can either do with the resistance training or as a separate workout.
These will be divided into METCON, cardio, linear speed, power, and agility.
At the end of 8 weeks, I guarantee that you will be leaner, stronger, more athletic and feel great.
