Designed to build serious size, strength, and power. In the past I've used this program for the Austin’s Fittest competitions.
Prog split into 3 phases:
Weeks 1–2: 6 days/week, push/pull/legs split, hypertrophy-focused with strength/power elements.
Weeks 3–4: 4 days/week, push (press/squat) & pull (chins/rows/hinge), strength-focused.
Weeks 5–6: 3 days/week, full-body power days—light, mixed, and heavy.
Volume decreases, intensity rises. Built for size, strength, and explosive power.
