Included are 6 comprehensive workouts to enhance your hip strength and mobility. I’ve designed this program to be very versatile; it can be incorporated into your routine on a day that is more recovery or cardio focused or done prior to your main leg day if you do body split workouts. This program incorporates some plyometrics and strength training, both of which are crucial to hip development. The program requires minimal standard equipment so can be done almost anywhere. The workouts feature: dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell & plates, bench, bands, and a cable stack is preferred but not required (an impromptu anchor point will work fine).

Good workout overall. If you’re not very advanced, be careful with the last exercise, I would suggest slowly adding the steps in stages. I had a scare with my knee on my first try.
