Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
What type of workouts are you sharing?
Daily workouts from my current and ever evolving split which is going to focus on compound lifts and arms to give you a bad ass physique in the minimum amount of time. You’re a busy high performance person. This workout is tailored to you.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Yes. You will need a gym membership HOWEVER it’s also possible to do some of the workouts at home with weights or bands.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Maximizing physique gains in the minimum amount of time. This is a program for busy high performance people who want to look and feel good so they can perform even better.
How often do you update the workouts?
Every week another 7-10 fresh workouts are added. This will give you a full weeks worth of programming and variety to get after it!
