- Twist your upper body side to side and really squeeze the side of your abs/your obliques

- Get into a hollow positions but with arms by your side
- Keep legs slightly off the floor
- Keep one leg down and lift the other leg straight up, alternate 
- Keep tension in core
- BUT make sure to be able to keep the lower back down - adjust height of legs after that!
