The goal is to build a bulletproof core, so want you to strengthen the abs and of course, definition is a bonus :)
How to get the best outcome of the program?
I would try to do one of these every day or at least 3 days per week. If combined with my booty program, I would say do this 3 days per week and booty 3 days per week!
How to schedule the program into a week?
It’s only 10 minutes, so you pick! Either do then daily or do 5 days per week. If combined with my booty program, I would say do this 3 days per week and booty 3 days per week!
