6-Week Foundational Strength and Hypertrophy Program

Are you ready to build a rock-solid foundation that combines strength, hypertrophy, and functional fitness? This 6-week program is designed to help you develop muscle, improve power, and build overall strength while maintaining functional movement and endurance.

You’ll train 5 days a week with a structured split:
	•	1 Full Body Power Day: Focus on explosive movements to build speed, power, and athleticism.
	•	1 Full Body Strength Day: Centered around heavy compound lifts to increase overall strength and stability.
	•	Push Day: Develop upper body pressing strength by targeting your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
	•	Pull Day: Strengthen your back, biceps, and pulling power for improved posture and performance.
	•	Leg Day: Build a strong and powerful lower body with exercises targeting quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

This program blends heavy lifting, explosive power, functional movement, and endurance training. You’ll not only gain strength and muscle but also enhance how your body moves and performs, both in the gym and in everyday life.
