6-Week Foundational Strength and Hypertrophy Program

You’ll train 5 days a week with a structured split:

• Push Day: Develop upper body pressing strength by targeting your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

• Leg Day: Build a strong and powerful lower body with exercises targeting quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
