Volume 8 represents shedding the idea that we need to do everything to see results. I’m so excited to announce my newest training volume as I walk into a new era of me. Simplicity and consistency are the core themes of this volume. We will be spending 5 days per week, with an optional sixth day if you desire to include it, completing workouts in an hour or less. Don’t let the time commitment fool you; these workouts will challenge the way you strength train.
