You Vs. You Challenge
We are continuing to grow! Volume 5 is an excellent progressive overload program maximizing strength! We will put an ultimate strain on every muscle group, causing them to lean and grow. To make this happen, I will have you repeat these lifts for eight weeks (or longer, depending on your goals).
What To Expect:
- Home and Gym option
- 4 Weeks of progressive programming
- 5 workouts per week + an extra Saturday challenge
- 50-75 minutes per workout (not including cardio)
