This one is for gym lovers. Volume 3 is a traditional strength training program with a bodybuilding split. Like all previous volumes, Volume 3 is result driven. It will challenge your mind and body. Volume 3 will be four weeks, six days a week, of intense training focused on building body and mind. Supersets will keep your heart rate up so that you're building muscle and burning fat.
