Here's how it works:
You'll train in the 8–15 rep range depending on your goals:
🫶🏽 Leaning + toning → 12–15+ reps
💪🏽 Strength + muscle → 8–10 reps
And at the end of every workout? You'll find a SIZZLE — an optional finisher that I want you to knock out before the day is done.
