I started my journey about four years ago and quickly fell in love with the gym. I grew up playing sports, my entire life, so it gave me that competitiveness again! I have been lucky enough to coach hundreds of women and help them find their love for fitness. I have ventured into alot of different types of strength training. running, HIIT, CrossFit, and now progressive overload which is where I have seen the most muscle growth.
