I started my journey about four years ago and quickly fell in love with the gym. I grew up playing sports, my entire life, so it gave me that competitiveness again! I have been lucky enough to coach hundreds of women and help them find their love for fitness. I have ventured into alot of different types of strength training. running, HIIT, CrossFit, and now progressive overload which is where I have seen the most muscle growth. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
