Welcome to my 4 week progressive overload 2025 challenge SET THE TONE.
(Challenge starting officially 1/6)
In this program, you will see workouts will repeat week by week as reps drop weight needs to increase! We do this to see overall growth and lean muscle mass building over time! The goal is to stay consistent with these workouts as we enter in the new year! Do something hard, do something uncomfortable, and do something for you! Submit the before and after photos and let’s see what we can do!!! These workouts will be a gym based, but will have home options as well as pregnancy safe options! Each workout will be about 45 to 60 minutes, not including cardio! I highly encourage you to do the cardio to see overall results. Ps- because this is a challenge workouts will be slightly longer/ HARDER than usual! If you are pregnant like me, or just feeling a little bit overwhelmed, drop sets to 2 to 3!! You should be able to finish in 40 minutes or under 🤎 ( not including CARDIO)
I follow the 2 leg days and 2 full body days then rest the other days or stretch ✨
