Hello muscle mommies!
I created this program during my pregnancy in the hopes that all you mamas out there felt like you had somewhere to come and continue to feel like you are progressing during pregnancy (which can be hard to feel, trust me, I get it).
This program is broken down into trimesters.
You will repeat workouts each trimester, just like in my regular programs. You will only see 4 weeks at a time in each trimester and repeat those 4 weeks through each trimester.
The workouts will change as your baby grows, trimester to trimester. Your body is working overtime, which can make it challenging to push yourself in the gym and even show up occasionally - but that's exactly what I want to address: I want you to train because it makes you feel GOOD, and HEALTHY, and STRONG. If (and definitely when) you wake up and your body is saying you need rest, TAKE IT.
All I want you to focus on is growing your baby, staying healthy, and being the best version of YOU THIS PREGNANCY. I learned throughout my pregnancy your workouts do NOT have to change drastically; your goals don’t need to change. We can still train and do many things we did before, just with minor adjustments.
