Online personal trainer

I started my journey about four years ago and quickly fell in love with the gym. I grew up playing sports, my entire life, so it gave me that competitiveness again! I have been lucky enough to coach hundreds of women and help them find their love for fitness. I have ventured into alot of different types of strength training. running, HIIT, CrossFit, and now progressive overload which is where I have seen the most muscle growth. I hope I can help you find your true self and guide you on this fitness journey 🤎

Do I have to pay extra to join the challenge?
Nope! If you’re already a subscriber on the Playbook app, you’re in. Not subscribed yet? You can start with a 7-day free trial and still get access.
Where do I find the program once I’m subscribed?
Inside the Playbook app → Head to the “Collections” section and look for A Stronger You. It’ll be ready to go on September 1st, 2025.
Can I still do this program if I’m a beginner?
YES. Always. Everything is modifiable. If you’re new to lifting or just getting back into it, this program will help you build a solid strength foundation.
Can guys do this program too?
YESSS finally 🙌🏼 This round includes alternative exercises and slight swaps designed specifically for men. So grab your gym crush and do it together.
How long are the workouts?
Each lift will take about 45–60 minutes, depending on how long you rest and how heavy you’re going. You can add optional cardio if it fits your goals.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
I’ll have more programming for you inside the app, so you won’t lose momentum. Plus—you’ll come out stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever’s next.
Can I join late?
Yep! You can start anytime in the first 2 weeks. Just know the earlier you start, the more time you have to show up for the full experience.
