Introducing the JorryFitt Volume 6 four-week progressive overload strength training program designed specifically for women who want to sculpt a leaner, more toned physique. Say goodbye to endless cardio and hello to a gym-focused routine that will transform your body from head to toe.

This program is not for the faint of heart. It's a six-day-a-week commitment that requires dedication and hard work. But the results will be worth it. With two lower body days and four upper body days per week, you'll be targeting every muscle group and building strength from the ground up.

The beauty of this program is in the progressive overload approach. Each week, you'll be adding weight and decreasing your reps to challenge your muscles and encourage growth. And with links to instructional videos, you'll have all the guidance you need to execute each exercise with proper form and technique.

Strength training alone isn't enough to achieve the lean, toned look you're after. That's why this program also includes cardio prescriptions that will complement your gym routine and maximize fat loss.

So, what can you expect after four weeks of following Volume 6? A body that is leaner, stronger, and more toned than ever before. You'll notice changes all over - in your arms, abs, legs, and back. And with increased strength and endurance, you'll be able to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

This program comes in PDF form, so you can access it from anywhere and easily track your progress. Plus, with a one-time purchase, you'll have lifetime access to the program, so you can revisit it any time you need a new challenge.

Vol 6

You Vs. You Challenge

We are continuing to grow! Volume 5 is an excellent progressive overload program maximizing strength! We will put an ultimate strain on every muscle group, causing them to lean and grow. To make this happen, I will have you repeat these lifts for eight weeks (or longer, depending on your goals).

What To Expect:

- Home and Gym option
- 4 Weeks of progressive programming
- 5 workouts per week + an extra Saturday challenge
- 50-75 minutes per workout (not including cardio)
- You vs. You Accountability Calendar
- Training Tracker Sheet

Equipment needed for the home version: a box or bench, bands, barbell, and dumbbells.

Vol 5 GYM

Volume 4 is a progressive overload program maximizing strength! We will put an ultimate strain on your muscles, causing them to grow. To make this happen, I will have you repeat these lifts for four weeks (or longer, depending on your goals). Progressive overload is the most effective way to encourage muscles to grow.

What To Expect:
- 4 weeks of progressive overload programming
- 6 workouts per week
- Select either a home or gym version
- 90-120 minutes workouts
- Each week, the weight you lift should increase by .5-2 lbs

ADVANCED PROGRAM!
If you are a beginner, I recommend starting with volume 3, then working your way up to Volume 4.

Vol 4 GYM

This one is for gym lovers.

Volume 3 is a traditional strength training program with a bodybuilding split. Like all previous volumes, Volume 3 is result driven. It will challenge your mind and body.

Volume 3 will be four weeks, six days a week, of intense training focused on building body and mind. Supersets will keep your heart rate up so that you're building muscle and burning fat. It will take you out of your comfort zone while being very doable for any level athlete.

What To Expect:
- 4 weeks of progressive programming
- 6 workouts per week
- 90 - 120 minutes of training per day
- Gym access recommended

Vol 3

Volume 2 was designed with you in mind.

It has all the same flare as Volume 1 of the JorryFitt lineup, but now you can do it anywhere. Don't let the minimal equipment fool you; Volume 2 is as intense and result-driven as any JorryFitt workout. Try it at home, gym, or abroad.

What To Expect:
- 4 weeks of programming
- 6 days per week of intense training, focused on building body and mind
- Equipment: dumbbells and steps or boxes (you can use a chair or table if needed).

Volume 2 will take you out of your comfort zone while being very doable for any level.

Vol 2

Volume 1 will maximize your time in the gym and peak your results. You can plan on cross-fit style workouts with insane intensity.

You'll start with a focused lift at the beginning of every workout, followed by 40 minutes of full body. Plan on 60-120 minutes daily for this program.

Volume 1 will test your fitness level and help you become stronger daily.

What To Expect:

- 4 Weeks of Progressive Training
- 6 workouts per week
- Swaps for all fitness levels
- Gym-specific but flexible for home use
