Your fun, spicy, fierce, and functional 6-week fitness program — and yes, there's $50K on the line.
Okay girlies, this is your sign. 🧚‍♀️
Summer Sizzle is a 6-week fat loss transformation program built for women who are DONE playing small and ready to show up for themselves. This is for the intermediate to advanced girlies who already know their way around a gym and are ready to actually turn it UP this summer. 🔥

Every single workout is designed to maximize fat burn, preserve muscle, and keep things spicy enough that you'll genuinely look forward to showing up. Gym version AND home version included — so you have zero excuses when life gets busy. 💪🏽

Here's how it works:
You'll train in the 8–15 rep range depending on your goals:
🫶🏽 Leaning + toning → 12–15+ reps
💪🏽 Strength + muscle → 8–10 reps
And at the end of every workout? You'll find a SIZZLE — an optional finisher that I want you to knock out before the day is done.

Over 6 weeks, you'll train with purpose, sweat with intention, and build the kind of body and confidence that lasts way beyond summer. This is your glow up era. And we're doing it TOGETHER. 🍒

Plus — I've partnered with Playbook and they're putting up $50,000 in cash prizes. 🏆
💸 23 total winners splitting $50K
🥇 3 Grand Prize Winners — $10,000 each
🥈 20 Runner-Up Winners — $1,000 each

All you have to do is join, submit your before photos, put in the work for 6 weeks, and submit your afters. That's it. Playbook picks the 23 best transformations across all challenges — winners announced June 8th. 🎉

On top of that, I'll be giving away weekly prizes inside our community — think shoes, protein, merch, headphones, Oner gift cards, HydroJug bundles, and more. 👀

You also get access to our exclusive JorryFitt community where we show up daily, celebrate wins, and keep each other accountable every single step of the way. We don't do this alone. We cheer each other on. 🫶🏽
