Welcome to Muscle Mama! This is your 6-week program that is designed to be completed after you have gone through the Mama Strong program! This program is designed to be completed after at least 6-8 months postpartum, as you need time to heal your body! Make sure you have been cleared to workout and have been working on strengthening your core and pelvic floor! If you need to start simpler, start with the Mama Strong program first and move into this program after!

Day 2 & 4: Strength + Cardio
