Welcome to the Mama Strong block three program where this is going to be roughly around the weeks of 13 to 18 weeks postpartum however you may be further along postpartum but just getting started on your postpartum fitness journey so you may be 18+ weeks and still need to start in this block three. You also may have taken more time through block one and block two to focus on your recovery so the Weeks’s 13 to 18 is just a rough estimate as to when you would be starting this block. Make sure you have successfully completed block one and blocked two before moving onto block three.
