Block 2: once you have been cleared at your 6 week appointment AND you have already gone through block 1, it’s time to move to block 2. If you haven’t gone through block 1 but are past the 6 week mark, (0-6 months) go back and go through block 1 for at least 3-4 weeks before starting block 2. If you are 6+ months postpartum and just getting started, you can start with block 2. The ultimate goal is not to rush into your healing process, but to trust the process by healing and regaining function so you can return to exercise and activities that you love! 💕 There are no shortcuts, healing takes longer for some people and just remember to still have goals for the future for the activities you want to get to, but start with the foundation work first. This block will last 6 weeks but if you feel like you are still struggling to do the full workout listed, take a few more weeks to go through block 2.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
