Tried this with my Under 9’s and this really encouraged them to focus on the weight of pass from the passer in respect of making it as easy for the receiver to get that first touch right.
The scanning is where the boys struggled initially as they kept forgetting to do this. But it got better with constant reminders.I’ll put this down to their age and attention span after a rigorous workout.

Must be nice for your staff when their boss is a gun coach, loved it! 
My main takeaway was the contrast between an experienced, energetic coach, and a nervous new coach. The energy is so different. Keep up the good work coaches (new and experienced).
