I admire how you manage to predicate "specificity" into your drills. I'd would like to see this drill performed with a live striker to add pressure to the heading and intercept piece of the drill.

Tried this with my Under 9’s and this really encouraged them to focus on the weight of pass from the passer in respect of making it as easy for the receiver to get that first touch right.
The scanning is where the boys struggled initially as they kept forgetting to do this. But it got better with constant reminders.I’ll put this down to their age and attention span after a rigorous workout.

Awesome. Going to use this for my team as a group. Only have 6 so far so rotation will be quicker.

Why does it say 15 minutes on the left when it is 6min. Are there more videos I'm not seeing? Very good video by the way.
