Today will be a Ab focused workout that is really gonna test your core strength!💪🏽

Workout👇🏽

1. Superset (2-3 Rounds) 
- Dip Bar Leg Raises x 10
- Dip Bar Knee Tucks x 10

2. Superset (2-3 Rounds) 
- Cable Crunches 3 x 10-15
- Elbow Plank 3 x 60s 

If you don’t have access to equipment try this bodyweight version of the workout👍🏽

Superset 1 (2-3 Rounds
- Dead Bugs 3 x 30s
- V ups x 30s 
- Heel Taps x 30s

Superset 2 (2-3 Rounds)
- Slow Bicycle Crunches x 30s
- Elbow Plank x 60s

Kneeling Cable Crunches

Elbow Plank

Superset 2

- Lift your legs so your knees are directly over your hips
- Slowly lower one arm and extend opposite leg until they’re just above the floor
- Bring them back to the starting position 
- Repeat on the opposite side
