Superset (3-4 Rounds)
- Facing Away Cable Crunch x 10-15
- Kneeling Cable Woodchops x 6-8 Each Side

If you don’t have access to equipment try this bodyweight version of the workout👍🏽

Superset (3-4 Rounds)
- Double Crunch x 10-20
- Starfish Crunch x 10-20

Facing Away Cable Crunch

Kneeling Cable Woodchops

Superset

- With your body in a V-sit position, hands on the floor
- Tuck your knees to your chest 
- Extend your legs out
- Repeating sequence for time or reps

Double Crunch

- Lying on your back, arms and legs extended 
- Reach your hand towards the opposite toe keep your arm and leg extended 
- Engage your core as you go up
