My program follows a powerbuilding method and allows for modification. Powerbuilding uses the three main strength lifts—the squat, bench, and deadlift—along with accessory lifts and cardio to achieve strength, physique, and conditioning goals.
For this program to be effective, use progressive overload, increasing weights up to 5% each week.
I believe everyone can benefit from powerbuilding because strength, muscle development, and conditioning are fundamental to feeling confident—both mentally and physically—throughout your life.
