    As a Doctor in Physical Therapy, I've spent my entire career successfully helping everyone from Professional athletes to your "average Joe", recover from injuries and meet their health, fitness and performance goals. But as a mom of 3 and a busy business owner, I struggled for many years to meet my own health goals - to be lean, fit, and strong, with a body built to thrive AND exude the confidence I wanted in a bikini. Finally, at 48, I committed to my own process, and followed the very same programming I use to help my patients perform their best. I created structured programming that included fast, whole body workouts that made it easy to stay disciplined and achieve my goals quickly.

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
