This challenge is for anyone who is tired of their flat, droopy butt and wants to get serious doing something about it! Whether you have always had a flat bum, developed one after having kids, or are noticing that gravity is taking a toll as the years go by, you are not doomed to eternal pancake butt land. T his challenge is also for anyone who may struggle with basic hip hinging skills like deadlifts and especially for people (like me) who struggle to target the glutes with traditional strength training methods. I once didn’t think it was possible, but I have learned that anyone can grow their glutes and feel better in their body with consistent work doing the right program. This is that program. Daily commitment of 20-30 minutes per day - lets do this.
