As a Physical Therapist, I specialize in helping women 35+ build strength without the aches and flare-ups that often come with traditional workouts. For the past 15 years, Iāve run my own physical therapy and training studio, working closely with clients who want to get stronger but feel limited by pain, stiffness, or bodies that just donāt respond well to typical fitness programs. Through that work, Iāve seen how powerful the right approach can be when strength training is combined with smart technique and rehab-based principles.
Over time, I realized that many people donāt have access to this kind of guidanceāeither because itās too expensive to see a professional regularly or because quality help simply isnāt available where they live. I created my app to bring the same techniques and coaching strategies I use with my in-person clients to a wider audience, in a way thatās affordable and accessible.
