1. Start with the SC warm up, then move into the workout. 2. Complete exercises in circuit format. 3. Once you finish the fourth set of circuit, immediately complete the Afterburn Igniter exercise. 4. Finish the workout with the 4 minute Afterburn Finisher. 5. Remember to stick to the given rest periods to maximize the afterburn. 6. Finish with the cool down.
