I feel like some of the workouts are a little gimmicky & not so fat friendly. I’m 5’1” and 200lbs so I couldn’t even do some of the exercises & had to completely improvise some of the moves so I felt kind of bummed & discouraged about that.

Great workout but it involves more coordination than I have and so it makes the workout difficult for me to replicate well. It was also hard to remember which foot/leg I’d done last. User error I know, but as the user, I’d love to be able to do it well

These are great. It’s my second day and all these workouts are wild but they make me feel quite accomplished when I’m done. You should hear the commentary in my head as she goes along and is like, “now we go to cardio!” And I’m there sweating and breathing heavy and am like, “wait, that wasn’t the cardio!?” But it feels so awesome to accomplish!
