What are the goals of the program? Total body fat loss while improving lean muscle definition. If you’re looking to destroy the last layer of belly fat for better ab definition, these workouts are for you.
How to schedule the program into a week? All the workouts have been laid out in a 35 day schedule. Simply follow the schedule for best results. If you miss a workout, don’t freak out. Just complete it on your next available workout day.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow the workout schedule and do your best to keep the rest periods as close to the recommendations as given in the program.
What do I need to participate in this program? If you have a gym membership, you’ll have access to everything you need. We’ll primarily be using barbells and dumbbells, with a few cable machine exercises as well. Access to gym cardio machines and an outdoor field and hill is beneficial as well.
