LIIT: Lower Intensity Interval Training! This is the daily programming Jessica does! The sessions are 60ish minutes of content—a 20ish minute lower intensity cardio style workout (intended to be done at conversation-ish pace) followed by 35ish minutes of body building style lifting!! This program is intended to shed fat and develop definition 😍 Let us reiterate—You’re NOT supposed to be dying during the workout portion—you’re supposed to be moving with a slightly elevated heart rate! Remember: LOWER INTENSITY interval training! So make sure you’re using weights and moving at a pace that allows you to maintain that! This is NOT a race! It’s about showing up and moving! And then the strength work is intended to be challenging! Contrary to classic crossfit (where lots of you are coming from), there aren’t “prescribed weights” listed. This allows you to pick what weight is best for YOU! It’s not a race with other people! It’s about doing what feels good for YOU!! This program is for ALL levels so make note of the alternative options and modifications for your skill level and available equipment! Be sure to click the “START HERE” button and tap any movement to review the video demos! Also keep in mind that these workouts are written with a WIDE range of skill levels in mind!! So if you feel like it’s too hard, instead of giving up, first try pulling back the reps, decreasing the weight, and SLOWING DOWN!! If you could walk for 20 minutes, you can do a AMRAP20! Just slow your pace/heart rate to a “walk” pace and finish the workout instead of giving up on it!!❤️🙌🏼 You get better when you don’t give up! If you don’t give up, you’re destined to get better!! One👏🏼day👏🏼at👏🏼a👏🏼time!!👏🏼 LAST THING!! You do not have to complete all 60 minutes to get a good workout! If you only have 20 minutes, take the content and alter it to 20 minutes!! Moving for 60 minutes is BEST but moving for less time is STILL better than not doing anything at all! 👊🏼

Jessica and Amanda's sole mission is to educate and inspire women to be the healthiest version of themselves.
