No. I highly recommend getting personalized macros through my One Time Nutrition Consult ($50) You can find that through the link in my instagram bio.
Do I HAVE to get the E-Book AND the Nutrition Consult?
The nutrition consult gives you personalized macros and the e-book gives you all the answers to what to do WITH those macros. So no, it is not MANDATORY but HIGHLY recommended. More times than not, people come to me with macros they got from a free macro calculator and they are NOT numbers I would suggest for you.
If I come up with questions after reading the E-book, what do I do?

Do I own this forever? How do I access it?
